19-4 Electrical rates.
The rates charged for electric power and energy sold by the municipal electric utility system to customers of the system shall be the following:
- RI: Residential (inside city limits)

| PCA charge | Monthly billing shall include a power cost adjustment in accordance with subsection 19-4(12)(a). |
- RO: Residential (outside city limits

- C1: Commercial single phase or combined single- and three-phase service with a maximum demand of less than thirty (30) kilowatts (kW) during the current month or during the previous eleven (11) months and a monthly energy consumption of seven thousand five hundred (7,500) kilowatt-hours (kwh) or more during the current month or during the previous eleven (11) months.

- C3: Commercial three-phase or combined single- and three-phase service with a billing demand of thirty (30) kW or greater, or a monthly energy consumption of seven thousand five hundred (7,500) kwh or greater during the current month or during the previous eleven (11) months.

- IL: Large industrial service with a demand of three hundred (300) kW or greater.

(c) In the event more than one (1) residence, trailer or business is serviced through one (1) meter, each residence, trailer or business shall be billed and owe the appropriate minimum set forth above.
Water Rates:
WRI: All residential customers inside the city limits:
$15.00 for the first 4,000 gallons or part thereof
$2.50 per 1,000 gallons for all over 4,000 gallons
WROE: All residential customers outside the city limits who are also electric service customers of the city:
$30.00 for the first 4,000 gallons or part thereof
$2.50 per 1,000 gallons for all usage over 4,000 gallons
WRO: All residential customers outside the city limits who are not electric service customers of the city:
$35.00 for the first 4,000 gallons or part thereof
$2.50 per 1,000 gallons for all usage over 4,000 gallons
WC: All commercial customers:
$30.00 for the first 4,000 gallons or part thereof
$2.50 per 1,000 gallons for all usage over 4,000 gallons
WI: Industrial customers:
$40.00 for the first 4,000 gallons or part thereof
$2.50 per 1,000 gallons for all usage over 4,000 gallons
WSI: Correctional Facilities:
$5,500 for the first 4,000 gallons or part thereof
$2.00 per 1,000 gallons for all usage above 4,000 gallons
