The City of Winnfield would like to remind customers that Doxo is a secondary payment option available for paying your utility bill online.
While Doxo provides a convenient service for some customers, please note that payments made through Doxo do not post to your City of Winnfield utility account immediately. It may take several business days for the Utility Office to receive and process your payment.
Payment Options on Doxo:
- Bank account paymentsmade through Doxo are free of service charges.
- Card paymentsinclude a 2.95% fee (minimum $2.95) charged by Doxo.
