Important Utility Billing UpdateDue to an administrative oversight with our mail-out company, some City utility bills have been received later than usual. The company has worked diligently to resolve the issue, and bills have been mailed out this week.
To assist our customers, the City has extended the penalty deadline to April 21. Please note that the cutoff date remains unchanged.
Remember, you do not need a copy of your bill to make a payment. Payments can be made in person at the Utility Office located at 804 E. Lafayette Street or by calling us at 318-628-4452 for assistance or account information.
