One Utility Bill

Our City of Winnfield’s utility customers enjoys the convenience of paying one bill for electricity, water, sewer, and garbage. Pay and transfer an account or establish a new account at the Light and Water Department.

Details To Note

The office operates from Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Dropbox service offers after-hours payments. Customers must pay by cash, check (exact amount), credit or debit card (there is a convenience fee for card services), or money order or have the payment drafted from their checking account monthly.

Services Offered by Utility Operations

Bank Draft for Water/Electric Account (voided check needed for routing/checking account number verification. Customers can apply in the office, by mail, or fax information with a form to (318) 628-4919.)

To start a new residential water service, the customer must come to our office located at 804 E. Lafayette Street and see a customer service representative. The customer needs to bring the following information:

  • 1 Valid Federal or State ID
  • 2 Social Security Card
  • 3 Lease/Rent Agreement
  • 4 Deposit amount if $275.00(residential, rental, or trailer) Owner of resident($190.00)
