City of Winnfield utility customers pay one bill for electricity, water, sewer and garbage. Customers can pay a utility bill, transfer an account or establish a new account at the Light and Water Department. The office is open Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Drop box service is available for after- hours payments. Customers must pay by cash, check(exact amount), credit or debit card( there is a convience fee for card services) or money order or have the payment drafted from their checking account monthly.

Utility Operations offer the following services:

> Bank Draft for Water/ Electric Account(voided check needed for routing/checking account number verification.   Customer can apply in office, by mail or fax information with form to 318-628-4919.)

To start new residential water service, the customer must come in our office located at 804 E. Lafayette Street and see a customer service representative. The customer needs to bring the following information:

1. Valid Federal or State ID

2. Social Security Card
3. Lease/Rent Agreement
4. Deposit amount if $275.00(residential, rental or trailer) Owner of resident($190.00)
